Our process can move quickly for those eager to get started, or more slowly for families making future plans. Our homes are typically completed 8 to 9 months from foundation pour. The design phase can be completed in as little as two months if our clients want to get going.
We tell everyone that starting on the plans and specifications now can have a shovel ready” project when the timing is right to start. For these clients we offer plan services along with engineering, septic designs and permit investigations to help them prepare for a later construction start.
